Nicole Your preferred title: Coffee Lover and Food System Advocate Favorite Activities: Playing my guitar, painting, running, biking, skiing, cooking and growing food! Where is your favorite place in the U.S. to visit? I love pretty much all of Utah. My favorite is probably around the St.George area…Gooseberry mesa, Virgin, Zion. It has a really special place in my heart, and I continue to go back year after year. If you could be any animal what, and why? I would be my very own dog. He comes with us pretty much everywhere, and despite loads of training from his parents, continues to act like a total dingus all of the time. Everyday, he is just happy to get out and romp around. I love that guy. What’s the longest you’ve gone without a shower and why? 3 weeks. At the time, I was living in Montana. I came down South to get out of the cold and enjoy some sunshine. I was on the hunt for free showers. They were few and far between, so there ended up being a 3 week stint where I went without one. |
